I’m organising the commissions over the next few weeks of summer, it’s going well, and I got in touch with someone who already owns one of my paintings - a painting of a baby given to the Dad for Christmas, who wants something else done of her, and he just said, ‘DON’T have me crying again though!

Best present I’ve ever had in my entire life had me in bits that painting x’

got so super drunk on Friday night with uni friends, finished the painting on Saturday day time whilst experiencing alcohol shakes, went to Reading Saturday afternoon and out again but for Eleanor’s birthday, went back to London today to see Lana Del Rey with Alice & Unity, which was incredible and perfect and I cried 3 times

only downside of the whole time has been my phone because the touch screen has just gone mental and even though I’ve received texts I just can’t open them and it’s torture. I’m leaving halls tomorrow and I’m quite awake so I think I’m going to start packing ahh but I’m gonna skype Peter first 

haven’t really stopped painting since 11 this morning and I dunno if ya know but painting is very tiring and eating and drinking is so in my peripheral when I’m doing it that I don’t notice how much I eat or drink (dead loads)

gonna break to watch new girl and then back into it!

the money I get from this commission is going straight into American Apparel’s back pocket unless I find the will to put funds away for Italy and Spain this summer

perfect last week seeing all my m8s, my family and Peter in London and just found out I got a distinction for my foundation at CSM! so happy. To get one you need to have been marked distinction across the board, your grade is based on the lowest mark you get, so I’m sooooo happyyyyy

straight back into work now, summer commission time :) Got my canvas ready and I have to get a piece done by Saturday which I will be dropping off in Reading

I should deffo tell this story. My dad went to the Chilean Embassy in LDN about two years ago to get a renewed Chilean passport, and they were like, get an official ID card or something, which he did. He returned today to sort more of that process out and they were like, well there’s a problem, because in Chile there are only records on system of your family having the name ‘de la Fuente’, so we don’t know how you got the name ‘de la Puente’. And NOW WE HAVE TO INVESTIGATE  hahaha we have the name wrong or the Chilean government has the name wrong and my dad is adamant we are right but I don’t even care it’s so funny

I’m either Gabrielle of the Bridge, or Gabrielle of the Fountain, either way I still think my name is the bomb

Today’s been awesome. I’m on such a high. Lunch at Look Mum No Hands! was really cool, food was perfect, reminded me of the food at Egg or Leaf in Liverpool, but way better haha. We decided to go to Harrods and had to change at KX so I thought I might as well show my parents the main CSM campus and they thought it was boss. Got a mango homemade ice lolly on King’s Boulevard from The Ice Kitchen or something like that, I recommend. Harrods was cool, as per, the Gatsby theme is already boring me a bit, in life in general but oh wellllll. 

Got home, parents left, went for a run and did my washing :) gonna watch Honey Boo Boo now.

So excited for tomorrow to see Peter and flat 69!

Yesterday was perf, mum and dad are here, bought me a dress and a bag, love them, wore them to the exhibition, saw like the highlights of people I’ve met over foundation, people liked my work, got on with friends’ parents haha, had a boss meal in a pub, sooooo glad I got to invite Alice and Eleanor (eleanor was last minute because my sister realised she couldn’t come to london) because they made the day even more amazing, went home pretttyyy tipsy and had cute phone calls with peter

game of thrones was boss today. plan for remainder of monday is to chill and recover from being ill, so happy I can eat now, need to tidy my room because my parents are down tomorrow for the exhibition, and I dont think theyve seen what is has become since I moved in haha

gonna be a boss week :) eleanor and alice are also coming the exhibition tomorrow, then a touristy day with the rents on wednesday, then invigilating thursday and peter is coming down to London later on in the day, then we are going out with Kirsten & friends during the weekend, plus that clothing company are coming to film an interview with me on Saturday :D happyyyyyy
